Prestige’s Engineering module incorporates all technical information in the projects. It contains all the required information regarding the individual tags and equipment which comprise the delivery. The module has different types of interfaces for import and export of technical information. Furthermore, it has functionality for linking between drawings and tags.
Predefined and Custom Defined Properties
Hundreds of common tag attributes are already available in Prestige Engineering, but it is easy to add or modify new properties. Not all projects use the same lingo, so we’ve also added the possibility to give project-specific names to existing fields. This dynamic and flexible attribute definition system makes the Engineering module usable for any type of project.
Document Control System Integration
Prestige Engineering has an integrated connection with Prestige Document and ProArc document system. An example of this is the view function that lets the user view a document on a tag without having to open up Prestige Document or ProArc to search for the document. All the user does is click on the view button and he will be able to watch the document in question.
